Four Year Frame Warranty / 30 Day Return Policy

Nouvelle Chicane eyewear offers one of the most substantial frame warranties in the industry.  They are made to last and warranted to the original purchaser for 4 years from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and faulty workmanship when purchased from an authorized Nouvelle Chicane reseller or from this website. This warranty is void if original supplied lenses or frames are altered.  Nouvelle Chicane will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of Nouvelle Chicane frames found to be defective—exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, discoloration, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost. 

Nouvelle Chicane offers a 30-day return policy for non-custom frames provided there is no wear, including lens scratching or damage.  Custom prescription lenses are not warranted within this policy and typically between the purchaser and the optician.  The complete frames must be returned with a receipt and the original packaging within 30 days to receive a full refund for credit.
